Dalat owns an ideal trekking road that brings the specific beauty of Dalat with immense pine forest. In Vietnam, the concept of trekking usually makes everyone think of the journey through dense tropical jungles. However, not many of them consider going through temperate needle forests. Dalat is home to an uninhabited old pine forest. This is considered to be one of the greatest locations for trekking.

Characteristics of the stretch of road
The total length of the stretch of road is 50 km. You will go through the forest, cross the stream and go along Da Nhim River. The feature of this stretch of road is that the whole area is covered with the pine forest and you can enjoy fresh spring water along the road.
When trekking this place, you will realize its wild beauty. The landscape is surrounded by yellow sun and thick fog. in the cold numbness, in the voice of the heart.
The starting point for trekking is the crossroad leading to Bidoup forest ranger station, which is 10km from the destination. You continue to go straight to cross the river. When reaching the ranger station, you closely move to the border of Lam Dong – Ninh Thuan, then turn right and go straight.
After that, you head towards the southwest to get to Tiger Cave, then follow the direction of Da Loc, Xuan Tho to go back Da Lat.
Time for trekking
It is recommended to spend 4 days for this trek; one day for shopping in Dalat and taking a rest when coming back from the trek.
The period of 3 days is ideal for trekking on the road of 50 km. Going through pine hills in the cool weather and airy space will bring you the great experience. However, climbing up and down wastes a lot of energy. As a result, 4 days and 3 nights are reasonable.
